These terms apply when you use the HAMPADAMA website or place an order with us. By placing an order you agree to them. If anything is unclear, please contact us before ordering.

1. Orders

• When you place an order you'll receive an order number and a confirmation email. This confirms we've received your order.
• We then confirm each order personally, usually on WhatsApp or by phone. Your order is accepted once we've confirmed it. We may decline an order — for example if an item is no longer available or we can't reach you — and we'll tell you if we do. Nothing is owed for a declined order.
• Please make sure your name, phone number and delivery address are correct so the courier can reach you.

2. Prices

• Prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). The price you pay is the one shown when you place your order, plus delivery, which we confirm with you on WhatsApp.
• For items marked price on request, price may vary or from, we agree the final price with you before dispatch. You're free to cancel at no cost if you don't agree.
• If a price on the website is clearly wrong because of an error, we'll contact you before dispatch and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel.

3. Payment

No payment is taken on this website, and we will never ask for card details here. We share the payment details with you when we confirm your order on WhatsApp.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel an order free of charge until we confirm it, using the Cancel order button on your order page. After confirmation, contact us on WhatsApp and we'll do our best to help.

5. Delivery

Delivery is explained on our Delivery page, which forms part of these terms. The exact dispatch date is confirmed with you on WhatsApp. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under Sri Lankan consumer protection law.

6. Products

Our pieces are handcrafted from natural leather. Small variations in grain, colour and finish are natural and not defects. We try to show colours accurately, but they can look different on different screens.

7. Your account

Please keep your password private and give accurate details. You can update your details in My Account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

8. Reviews & messages

Reviews you submit may be shown on our website once approved, together with your name. We may decline reviews that are offensive, unrelated or contain personal information.

9. Our content

The HAMPADAMA name, logo, photos and text on this website belong to us and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission.

10. Liability

We're responsible for providing the products you order as described. We're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for delays caused by events outside our control (such as courier disruptions or severe weather). Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. We may update them from time to time; the version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
